A concerning trend for SHS has developed since the 4-0 start to the season and the Jackets took another one on the chin on Friday night. Mistakes on both sides of the football haunted SHS and Tupelo earned the first win in the series since 2008 at 24-17 at Yellow Jacket Stadium.

It was the fourth loss on the turf of Yellow Jacket Stadium since 2014 and the third in the last two years.
